Initial Comments:An offsite follow-up survey conducted on April 5, 2023, found that One Care, Inc., had corrected the following deficiency under 42 CFR, Part 484.22, Subpart B, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies - Emergency Preparedness. The deficiency was cited as a result of a Medicare recertification survey completed on February 3, 2023.
